DeliciuDeCiocolata is a family business owned by Monica and Sorin Constantin — a story born from a genuine passion for chocolate, desserts and culinary art.

With a solid background of over 20 years in top multinational companies, and at an emotionally charged moment — awaiting the arrival of their most eagerly awaited child — they chose to step away from financial management careers and open a new path: a path of goodness, quality and beautiful things.

Their secret was simple and human: every new product was tested in their own home kitchen — tablets, pralines, mousses, glazes, creams, pastries — before being recommended to customers. This rigor built their reputation as a trusted store where chocolate flowed impeccably in chocolate fountains and every ingredient was personally verified.

In 2010 the range was expanded with professional-grade products for pastry chefs and restaurants, allowing — for the first time at significant scale — private individuals to work with chef-grade raw materials. DeliciuDeCiocolata was the first niche store with professional products to democratize access to top ingredients and tools in Romania. This gave birth to the defining hashtag: #BeAChefAtHome.

Today, DeliciuDeCiocolata.ro encompasses over 8,000 products and continues to grow. It is recognized by professionals and home baking enthusiasts alike as the reference store for professional ingredients and tools, accessible to everyone.
